Update

Megann had a new scan done last week. The doctor's report found no new growth! There are two new drugs that he would like to try, but they have not been approved for ovarian cancer. One of them is Evastin. He is thinking about what to do next because there are only so many more treatments that she can have of the Carbo Platin. But, for the past several doctor visits things have been growing, so at least this has held things off and stopped the growth. We just need to pray about the next move and that the new drugs her doctor would like to try come available soon. We also need to pray that, with the new treatment, Megann continues to feel as good as she does.

The picture is from Megann and Jon's Christmas trip to her sister's house to see her new nephew. Karen and Kenny live in Milbrook, Alabama.

What a cutie! (all three boys!) I am so thankful you are feeling better these days and I am hopeful and thankful of this medication God has sent your way. I am also very optimistic that there is another med out there that will shrink and destroy the cancer. I am grateful for the positive report. Our family is still in prayer and will continue to give God the glory. Thanks for sharing your update, and the great picture! What a great family photo.

It was good to see you Sunday! I want you to know, we have our "flag on a stick" (from Mistee's Bunco) in our breakfast nook. I see it every morning and think of you. Mostly, I think of what sticky fingers you have when we go to Bunco. I know you like to blame it on Tonya and me, but we all know who is really behind it. I am glad you were feeling well enough to join us. It's always more fun when you are there! We love you and pray for healing.

PS 65:5 God our Savior, you answer us by doing wonderful things.
You save us by your power.
People all over the world and beyond the farthest oceans put their hope in you.

I found this today, and thought of you. I pray that are feeling strong today.

Much love,
Dana
